The sessions are conducted virtually through ZOOM with live interactive workshops lasting 90 minutes each. These sessions are designed to be engaging and provide real-time feedback and interaction with instructors and peers.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, all sessions during the Rock It Growth Agency’s 6-Week Business Boot Camp for Creative Professionals are recorded. This ensures that if you miss a live session, you will still be able to access the material and stay up-to-date with the course content. Recorded sessions are made available to all participants within 24 hours of the live class, allowing for flexible viewing at your convenience.

In addition to the recordings, participants also receive comprehensive resources related to each session, including presentation slides, worksheets, and any supplementary reading materials. This comprehensive approach ensures that you have all the tools and information needed to successfully complete the boot camp, regardless of your schedule constraints.

We encourage participants to take advantage of these recordings not only to catch up on missed content but also as a valuable resource for revisiting complex topics or reinforcing learning.

What if I miss a class?

We understand that despite best intentions, there may be times when you’re unable to attend a live session. Here’s how we handle missed classes to ensure you can still benefit from the full boot camp experience:

  • Recorded Sessions: All our live sessions are recorded and made available to participants within 24 hours. If you miss a class, you’ll be able to watch the recording at your convenience to catch up on what was covered.

  • Comprehensive Resources: Along with the session recordings, you’ll have access to all the downloadable resources provided during the class. This includes presentation slides, worksheets, and any additional reading materials, ensuring you have all the necessary information to keep pace with the course.

  • Personalized Support: We encourage participants who miss a session to reach out to instructors or peers via our private community Slack group or through direct messaging for any clarifications or to discuss key takeaways from the session. Our unlimited email and direct messaging support during the program are also there to help you stay on track.

We recommend planning ahead as much as possible to attend the live sessions for real-time interaction and immediate feedback. However, we strive to provide a flexible and accommodating learning environment for all participants, understanding that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

If you foresee missing more than one session, please communicate with us in advance so we can assist in making the necessary arrangements to support your learning journey.

What kind of support will I receive during the program?

You’ll receive unlimited email and direct messaging support throughout the duration of the boot camp. This allows for personalized guidance and answers to your specific questions or challenges.

How large are the classes?

To ensure a high-quality learning experience and personalized attention, each boot camp is limited to 20 participants. This fosters a collaborative learning environment and stronger network building.

What are the additional benefits of joining this boot camp?

Beyond the curriculum, participants will gain access to downloadable resources, exclusive entry into a private community Slack group for networking, and the opportunity to tackle weekly creative challenges. Additionally, guest speaker sessions and a post-boot camp mentorship program further enrich the learning experience.

How do I enroll?

To enroll, jus click the ENROLL button and you will be directed to a secure and safe payment portal. After payment is a made, you will immediately be sent an enrollment/on-boarding form. Please fill the entire form out and submit. You will then be sent an invite to join the ZOOM sessions for the six weeks. All questions can be sent to chris@rockitgrowthagency.com.

How is payment handled for the Masterclass

For the 6-Week Creativepreneur Masterclass payment is simplified to make the enrollment process as smooth as possible. Here’s how it works:

  • You can choose to pay in full immediately or
  • You can choose from our 12-month payment plan

  • No Checks: Please note that we do not accept checks at this time. This policy helps streamline our payment processing and ensures timely access to the boot camp resources and materials.

Our aim is to make the payment process as hassle-free as possible, allowing you to concentrate on what really matters – leveraging this boot camp to elevate your creative business. If you have any questions about the payment process or need further assistance, please reach out. 

What is your refund policy for the Masterclass?

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Here’s our refund policy for the masterclass

  • Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment more than 14 days before the start date of the boot camp. This gives us enough time to offer the spot to another interested participant.

  • Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the boot camp starts, participants may be eligible for a partial refund. This acknowledges the late notice yet also considers our ability to potentially fill the seat.

  • No Refund: Unfortunately, if the cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the boot camp begins, we are unable to offer a refund. By this time, resources and planning specific to the participant count have been finalized.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage participants to reach out directly to discuss their situation. We assess such cases on an individual basis to determine the best course of action, which may include credit towards future boot camps.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Notification: To request a refund, participants must notify us in writing via email. Please include your full name, the email address used for registration, and the reason for the cancellation.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request based on the policy terms and respond within 5 business days.
  3. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Note: We recommend participants carefully consider their availability and commitment before enrolling to avoid the need for refunds. We’re committed to providing an exceptional learning experience and value the opportunity to address any concerns or circumstances that may arise.
